Client's Goal

Thailand IX is the national internet exchange point, originally operated by CAT Telecom — a state-owned company. Following the 2021 merger with TOT to form National Telecom, Thailand's internet infrastructure leader needed to present this business branch in a professional and user-friendly way. We've been working with National Telecom (formerly CAT Telecom) since 2019.

The Solution

We built an informational platform with company news, partner and client resources, and real-time system status visualisation. The 2023 redesign added dark mode and significantly enhanced the UX, while maintaining the priority on security and performance that a government infrastructure project demands.
