Janis [Yanis], the founder of Realode, first connected to the internet in 2004 as a teenager and was instantly mesmerized by the idea of a web connecting the entire world. He taught himself programming starting from that very year and kept working as a freelance programmer throughout his teens. In university, he met Giang, a talented designer, and they shared a vision of building a web agency that could create reliable, well-designed websites for businesses. In 2017, the two freelancers combined their expertise under one brand, using Estonian busness envronment commonly known as e-Residency. In 2024, Giang left pursuing the dream of becoming an artist while Janis reshaped the company into a truly global agency, leveraging partnerships with top-tier experts that he has met over the years of working remotely.

Janis has been writing code and building websites and apps since he was 15 years old. He has seen the internet evolve and worked with different solutions. He knows how to explain complex technical matters in simple words, so you know what we are doing behind the scenes. Besides, he is an expert in China and Southeast Asian Studies, which brings extraordinary adaptability and cultural insight into our business.
